1.We received your application for permanent residence on January 15, 2015.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on May 13, 2015.
3. We started processing your application on May 13, 2015.We sent you medical instructions on May 15, 2015.
4. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
5.Medical results have been received.

we are not in priority.Syrian refugees are so cant say anything ( just read in BBC some terrorist
who attacked in paris came as a refugee and even registered themselves as refugee in greece then
started their journeys to kill innocent people).when i made comment some said they also humans
and they have rights for better life, even my excuse was only about security concerns that time.i just
said europe open doors without checking anything and see what happen.innocent punished by some of them.

I have missed my submission date of medicals which was 15th of October as all emails went in junk!
As per the email I had received it stated if documents are not submitted before given date then my file will be closed!

I had email Delhi High Commission about my problem adding URGENT in heading on 11th of October but still I haven received any reply though it stated that I will receive reply within a month!

Can I st send my medicals and pay fees? Has my file really closed!!! I am worried! Please help me out. Please

I think you should go ahead and do medicals as they upload it in few days instead of waiting for their reply. I dont think they will close before another reminder.

Did you read mandate letter from Trudeau to CIC minister?

Near time priorities are crystal and it perfectly explains why PNP applicants completely stopped processing.

I guess even if CIC still cares about PNP applicants in 2015, security organizations are too busy checking too many Syrian refugees so they cannot complete our security checks before January.

more than 1 months we havent heard anything for jan 2015 towards applicants progress.

if we believe in this forum discussion and opinions from forum guys then i dont think
they will process our file before jan 2016. they are only focusing 25000 Syrian refugees.
today i saw one link which some one put in this forum's thread, as per that article justin
Trudeau requested his immigration minister to focus on refugees. (PM.GC.CA mandate link).
before they focus to EXPRESS ENTRY and now Syrian refugee . PNP ECONOMIC is on limbo.

Yeah, you're probably right, but maybe there still is some hope. I don't belive that every single officer is working on refugees.. But anyways, I also think that we will definitely get some news in January.. Good news hopefully..

On a positive note, Trudeau also included in his instructions:

"Develop a plan to reduce application processing times for sponsorship, citizenship and other visas."

This certainly includes us.... "the glass is still half full...." ;D

Yeah i agree. I dont think we will hear anything until next year some time in January/February. I just hope that once they start to go back to our applications they wont ask again for the Police Certificates or other additional documents (which from me they asked for it in August) cos obviously they will be expired next year...
