Hi Guys,
I need advice about Closed work-permit. My work-permit going to expire this Nov 20th. So Now I am in confusion whether I need to apply for new work-permit or no? What you guys think We will get DM and Passport request before NOV 20th or no?
And my timeline:
My ECSA showing 5 lines.
1. We received your application on Feb 2nd,
2. We sent correspondence Acknowledgement receipt On May 29th.
3. We started processing your application from may 29th.
4. We sent your medical instructions on June 2nd.
5. We have been received your medical reports on 16th June.
6.We sent you correspondence on October 7, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

Hi everyone

My PG work pemit gets expire so i applied paper application for extension of my PG work permit as my previous work permit was issued till the expiry of my passport. Because i am applying for the extension of PG work permit i only can submit paper application, this what CIC call centre agent guide me. Now it has been 30 day but i havn't got any confrimation that weather my application is received or not. Most if CIC request for any document it don't have anything to provide them. (Only payment recipt). My driving license is getting expire and SGI are not renewing my license till i will provide them any confirmation from CIC. My employer is kind of cool guy so i am good with that.

Any suggestion or comments are welcome.

You can try going to some immigration lawyer or your mp and get some letter regarding renewing your license I am sure they can help you

I saw in another forum where a January applicant received DM on Friday. I'm hoping more of us will get DM this week!

To the person who messaged me asking when the person who for DM application was received it was January 16. I couldn't reply got an error message stating your mailbox is full

Could you please gave us a link for it? If I recall it correct, it was also an applicant who applied on Jan 16th got DM last month.
