May be, may be not. You can call cic call center and tell them that you did not receive that communication and ask them to resend.
Some other post was there similarly and came to know that the communication was not sent to candidate hence give it a try.

Thank you guys for your replies. It was a RPRF request. I immediately paid the fee and sent them the receipt. How long does it take after this step?

you know, i am very good at predicting cic working princiles
i submitted application to FBI on 15 June 2015, as i was sure that by the time CIC asks for it, it will be almost ready for me to send..you know what cic asked for schedule A and FBI certificate on 15 September 15 and exactly the same day i received my FBI clearance from United states
Lets hope i make it to DM by First week of October 2015..
Lets see?

I'm not sure when i will get into DM at the moment..keeping fingers crossed..
If you have submitted your application for PR later than Jan 15, 2015..and you have not got any Additional Documents Requests yet, probably in October you will get that additional document request..if your form is complete in every way, i am pretty confident that you will go to DM during and after Mid-November 2015..
I have reasons for this to say so

If you have submitted your application for PR later than Jan 15, 2015..and you have not got any Additional Documents Requests yet, probably in October you will get that additional document request..if your form is complete in every way, i am pretty confident that you will go to DM during and after Mid-November 2015..

I submitted my application on Jan 22, 2015. I received reminder email and I sent my PCC and paid PPRF fee. After that I haven't received any thing. My Ecas has 5 lines.

Actually, I got my request for add. documents on Sept 24th, and my application was received on Jan 19th, 2015.

So applicants after Jan 15th are getting add. documents requests already (at least me)

I hope that DM's will come in late October. Not that I'm too worried anyway, but would be nice to get over with this.

We all have the same timeline. no need to panic, let us wait and soon we will be there.
i also applied on the 22nd January.

Just got back my GCMS notes that requested on Sept 4th, until that time, the criminality and eligibility were still NOT STARTED...
My file received by CIC on Jan 27th, have no idea how long we need to wait...
