4 - We sent you medical instructions on May 27, 2015. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Just got a request for updated schedule A and original police clearance from my home country. Apparently, I've sent copy and translation. The good thing is I found it at home. So, filling up the schedule A form and going to send it tomorrow

And I just faxed this morning the additional document for my wife (updated schedule A).

It does show on the email that it's to be faxed or mailed, so I faxed it. I don't see any problem with just faxing it.

my XEP was April 24th , they asked my for new Schedule A , and today I have 6 lines

I think that you need to send in the way they want you to send. For some candidates its fax too but not for all as per previous posts. Is email mentioned or its only post?
