PNP PR APPLICANTS JANUARY 2015

Hey guys,

So I got a request this morning from CIC for Schedule A for my wife. Not sure why, but I'm filling it up again as we speak.

My question is: Do I have to mail it ? Or can I only fax it ? It says on the request that i can fax it, but want to be sure that I really don't need to send the original declaration as well.

I tried faxing mine yesterday but the line was busy so I mailed it in. I did overnight and when I checked the tracking Canada post shows that it was delivered.

I think January applicant will start getting decision making status from Oct 5th.

This are the exact lines on my ecas.

We received your application for permanent residence on January 19, 2015.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on XXXXX, 2015.
We started processing your application on XXXXX, 2015.
We sent you medical instructions on XXXX, 2015. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Medical results have been received.

Today my ecas had 6 lines. The 6th one said that a correspondence has been sent to you on Sept 24 and please send the info or documents asap.

Now when I check my email, there is no correspondence from CIC. Does it mean they send something via mail? I'm confused. What could they be asking for? Any idea? It left me even more nervous now.

The status still shows 'In process'. I'm a January 2015 applicant. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

If I were you, you get in touch with your visa office if you know who's handling your application if not to CIC.
Yes, they give instructions via email you provided them, if you fail to comply, it might cause refusal to your application.

Just to add.. I have not paid my RPRF yet ..could it be RPRF request?

May be, may be not. You can call cic call center and tell them that you did not receive that communication and ask them to resend.
Some other post was there similarly and came to know that the communication was not sent to candidate hence give it a try.
