You CAN WRITE IT with MS office word and include all info they ask for.. and then email to them. should not take more than 10 mins.

Hi malisa,

U can see the background declaration form that u have submitted with ur application...there is a section named personal history... Just make a same table with the same heading in a word document..fill it out and snd it to cpp-o..and ofcourse write down ur name, application number, date of birth,UCI number( if u have any) on the top of the page.. :D

Hi Guys,

So I checked my ecas just now and it says decision made. I have yet to receive a Passport Request. I know Amza has been with this status for almost 3 weeks now and it does not mean anything. But I thought I would let you know.

Anyone else saw any changes?

Thanks,
Gurjaspal

You said it all buddy. 3 weeks and counting. Decision made doesn't mean s.h.i.t.

hey singh.gurjaspal,

congratulation.... :D

i really dont understand what cic is doing..though its really very scary to have a decision made status in ur ecas but still u can satisfy urself after another long wait u can get ur ppr..i think its their new strategy to scare us...

Cic makes decision but without ppr... 8)

Another decision made!!! :) They make decisions wuhhoooo :)

Funny CIC, I laugh all the time..

What i've discovered so far is that your officer does not send you PPR. The officer finalizes your application and updates your status to 'decision made'. He forwards the file to another person who then issue you the PPR. I think the fault is from the person who sends out the PPR. In my case, the officer who sent the PPR has a code MMXXXX, which is totally different from my officer.

Also, CPP application processing office (219 Laurier Ave...) is not in the same building as the visa printing office (365 Laurier ave...). I really don't know how they do things over there but I think that basically explains the confusion. The officer who is in charge of the visa issuance is NN0XXXX.

Hope this helps!

Perhaps, these are NEGATIVE decisions. ie: Refusals :P
