finally i got my PPR on July 17, about 11:30 in the evening. Who would set the system sent-time to almost mid-night?

Anyway, a bit about me:
application filed in Feb 2012,
Medical in April 2012,
then stupid 2nd medical exam (i tried to reason with CIC through email and phone calls. They are absolutely useless and I still needed to do the 2nd med even though I was in Canada).
PPR on July 17, 2013. (btw, no "decision made" on my ecase yet)


I want to say a lot of people are still waiting. I was on the same boat with most of you guys. I had been very angry for a while especially when they requested 2nd medical. CIC is stupid. But guys, just stop thinking about it. My life is way more important than this wait. This is how I got through this period when seeing people who submitted after July 2012 got PPR even PR Cards way ahead of me. Life is unfair. What can we do? I tried everything: emailed to CIC and some politicians, joined those petitions and phoned CIC. Well then, half a year ago, I reached a point and realized that my career is way more important than this wait. So I kinda just let it be, focus on my professional development and see what happens.... Then two days ago, well, I got an interview from a company that I really want to jump to and PPR at night. You never know what life is ahead of you. What you can really do is to make yourself a better person

They started processing my file on 6th May.

Hi Gurjaspal,
Have you applied for your GCMS notes, if not I would recommend you to do so. At least you would have an idea what's going on with your file. My file went in to process on may 21 and I applied for my notes on June 14 and I got my notes last week, according to the notes they have completed everything and now they are waiting for PV2 review on my file.

Why would they be refusal as we are aproved by our provinces and have gone all the medical and police procedures? Those last two are the only grounds for refusal if you are a provincial nominee. The name itself says it all you are recommend by your province who have already assessed your eligibility and ability to stablish yourself in the province. People like me who have been living in Canada for years, paying taxes, contributing to the economy.
I know your trying to figure out stuff and much as we are my friend,but statements like yours, without any base just increase the stress of people like us who are waiting for almost 2 years for their pr. So careful with words in the wind. No disrespect just honest talk from one aflicted soul to another. Good luck to us all

@ AMZA, it doenst t say decision made , still says in process however i have a funny story i want to let you know about it, 10 days ago i sent them an email asking if they got my medical results, RPRF and my RCMP finger prints and they didnt reply to me them last wednesday i sent them exact same email and 3 hours later they replied to me "Your application has been approved as such you will be receiving your copy of permanent residence very shortly in the mail or else be further contacted by our office.", yesterday around 2 pm, i sent them an email i asked them "my application was approved so what is the next step", around 6 pm last night i got the PPR email, AMZA i guess you have to contact them and you have to say that what is the status of the application because its says decision made on the ecas
