They asked me for RPRF and personal history in March, and then I had no correspondence with them (apart from the standard 'your app is in process, keep your communication to a minimum') until I received my PPR on 1st August.

I finally got back my passport on Friday and I completed my landing today :) Hopefully you all will be receiving your PPR soon too!

Nope, still waiting for tracker to be activated, it ain't CIC if there ain't an uncertain wait involved at each stage :)

I was hoping this doesn't happen, but my ecas status has changed to 'Decision Made' this morning. God knows how much longer before they send PPR now.

This is really worrisome to know. I am a Feb 2012 applicant and have not travelled to Pak since 2011 too. I hope they do not ask me to get another police certificate because my family has moved from Pak and it would be a lot of trouble get a new one made.
