another week starts....whats up Ottawa

My two friends did their medicals in July and it got updated on Aug13 on websitemedical has been received?)and guess what... today both got their PPR from Detroit office.Seems Ottawa is picking random stuff now.

Seems like Ottawa has gone back into a slumber. No PPR last week and none so far today. This kinda makes me nervous. Lets hope some good news is coming soon.

Well after a dull last week... we had two cases in the forum (one in this thread and one elsewhere) that got there PPR yesterday. There were also two other cases spoken about in another thread. So Ottawa is still moving... though it might not be as fast as we wish and at this point absolutely random. I think the myth that things happen on Tuesdays have been proved wrong before. So lets keep our hopes up that something could still happen this week

Congratulations to everyone who has received their PPR lately. But I agree with some of the comments on how RANDOM Ottawa is operating, PPR for February applicants already? Really? How about those who are still from 2011 and waiting, or even us January people, who have not hear a single word over 6 months from our medicals? Frustrated and tired :/

i agree its really very very frustrating. i have got my medical done 6 and a half months ago and no ppr till now. and i am a dec,2011 applicant. i dont know ottawa is operating on what basis.

Medical received in ECAS on Sep 3, 2012;
In process on Sep 7,2012;

but isnt that funny of ottawa....they should be "pilot" and "pilot" means that it makes the process faster and easier....i have been waiting about 7 months since medical
