Parent's name is the applicant's name....I used my mother's name

I used the applicant's name and the File number that was sent to us in the AOR E-mail that we all got a few weeks ago.. Hope that helps!

Hello I just used the F000XXX.. number which is the family class application nymber. and the last name to login and it did login...

I got another email from CIC. ALthough it does not state anything more than the previous email but I can see my status online now. Its Application Recieved.
