I will try to explain few things: If you choose NDVO, your spouse cannot send passport to India via mail or courier while he is in USA. He will have to travel to India first and then send passport from there.. Another thing rather than submitting PP when they ask for it,,,Just E mail them that...

My wife has 2 years of travel history....may be it will take more time in our case....

tHIS IS what is got from MP enquireyy "Pursuant to our office’s enquiry with the Ministerial Enquiries Unit, our office has been advised that the file was received in New Delhi in April 2013 and is pending review by an officer. You can follow up in two months if does not hear back."

Actually you will have to send the proof and get passport for your baby sent to the NDVO as your baby will be another applicant....You cannot think of not letting NDO know abt the baby....Dont wait for them to ask....just send the information without them asking for it.....
