the above reply to @ samola10

Samola 10. This e-mail is normal..just check for all the documents they are asking for make sure you have submitted them all. They usually send this if you omitted something..could be a form or any other document. We received this kind of e-mail all the docs they requested we had already submitted except for a form which wasn't evwn on our country check list. We simply filled it ip and send it.

Thank you for your response...

Good morning Eagle333- My application is now on STAGE 3)b

IN PROCESS BY VISA OFFICE
STAGE 3) The visa office checks whether the person you are sponsoring and his/her family members meet criminality, security and health requirements.

3a) The person you are sponsoring must undergo additional medical requirements. No final approval or denial yet but file will go back in stage 3 until satisfaction
*3b) The person you are sponsoring must submit additional Security and Criminal checks. No final decision yet, file will go back in stage 3 until all requirements are met.
****************************************************************************************************************
MY Visa office has not requested any documents from me and all is going at a good speed since the beginning of my application process. I'm a 2016 May applicant and my file is being processed in Mexico City. Two May applicants that applied give or take a week earlier than me, were asked 3 weeks ago, to provide their Police clearance. Here in Mexico, one must wait until the Canadian Embassy requests it and can't never be done upfront for Immigrations reasons (Government Rules). However, I did provide my FBI PCC & divorce papers since I lived in the USA for years. Are they checking on both now before requesting my Mexican police certificate? if so, how long do you think it will take for CIC to request my Mexican PCC?

Hi Eagle333 – Since you’re a pro, I’m curious on your take on where we’re at in the Outland process.
On August 3rd, my husband received an ‘additional documents request’ from the Mexico VO:
1. Request for Payment of RPRF
2. Updated Sponsor/Spouse Questionnaire IMM 5490
3. Original Marriage Certificate
He was given 60 days to comply. I sent the documents via Fedex, and they were received in at the MVO on August 17th. Since then, it’s been silent.

I have been unsuccessful linking CIC to Ecas so info is limited. App received, Sponsor Approved, Started processing in May, Medical Results Received. That’s it.

Your thoughts would be most appreciated.

Hi, usually when the VO request for additional documents and if they give you the deadline to submit the additional documents (in your case 60 days), the VO will open the file again after the 60 days and will review the documents and will process accordingly. And you might get the PPR within November 2016. We had same situation with request for additional documents, and received PPR after 30 days. Thanks.

Hi Eagle, could you please give me your opinion on whats going on with my app..
The last email I received from my visa office was aor2 last june 2 and that was it (app received april 8) until now no update or anything. I am applying under common-law sponsorship. My ecas says in process for PA.
Is it still possible by now that they would ask for additional documents or call me in for interview?

Thanks for your response! Good to know that you got your good news so quickly after your documents request. When I look at your timeline though, it appears that New Delhi is RAPID. Here's hoping that Mexico speeds it up! Thanks again.

Mr Eagle I'm April applicant's but received SA on September due to a missing sign in a particular form,I was told that application
Stay 3 months on queue at my VO Accra VO before being open, so please when is the best time to apply for GCMS note, I was thinking to do it 5 months after SA, which is on March 2017,please tell me what is the best to do,thanks

Hi Eagle33
my Ecas for both say DM.
However when i go into the PA, it shows only the medical portion as the last phrase.
It doesn't say anything else.
Does that mean I have DM or am i still waiting for other things?

Thank you,
pyros1

I don't think this is true and applicable to all. Per my case, I'm an April Applicant. Got my AOR2 last July and was given 30 days to submit the following:

1. Payment of RPRF
2. Valid police certificate
3. Completed and signed forms of IMM5669 and IMM5406
4. PSA birth certificate, Cenomar, marriage certificate and old school records

Since it says on the form that if the documents listed above have already been submitted, they do not need to be submitted again. Hence, I merely paid the RPRF and got a quick response from my VO that my payment has been allocated. 90 days have passed already since AOR2. I didn't hear anything back from them. It feels like ages. Yet, hoping and praying that the month of November will bring good news to all of us who are still waiting for PPR.

God is good! SAY IT, CLAIM IT, BELIEVE IT and RECEIVE IT- PPR for this month. :P
