Dear eagle could you explain about this notesCrezana said:In my second sets of gcms, there is note saying VO requesting file be unassigned from RC10806 so it can be processed at .VO.Unassigned on this date 2016/08/08.CPA/RSY.
What does this mean?
Hi, usually when the VO request for additional documents and if they give you the deadline to submit the additional documents (in your case 60 days), the VO will open the file again after the 60 days and will review the documents and will process accordingly. And you might get the PPR within November 2016. We had same situation with request for additional documents, and received PPR after 30 days. On August 3rd, my husband received an ‘additional documents request’ from the Mexico VO:
1. Request for Payment of RPRF
2. Updated Sponsor/Spouse Questionnaire IMM 5490
3. Original Marriage Certificate
He was given 60 days to comply. I sent the documents via Fedex, and they were received in at the MVO on August 17th. Since then, it’s been silent.
I have been unsuccessful linking CIC to Ecas so info is limited. App received, Sponsor Approved, Started processing in May, Medical Results Received. That’s it.
Your thoughts would be most appreciated.
Thanks for your response! Good to know that you got your good news so quickly after your documents request. When I look at your timeline though, it appears that New Delhi is RAPID. Here's hoping that Mexico speeds it up! Thanks again.Nishakat said:Hi, usually when the VO request for additional documents and if they give you the deadline to submit the additional documents (in your case 60 days), the VO will open the file again after the 60 days and will review the documents and will process accordingly. I don't think this is true and applicable to all. Per my case, I'm an April Applicant. Got my AOR2 last July and was given 30 days to submit the following:Nishakat said:Hi, usually when the VO request for additional documents and if they give you the deadline to submit the additional documents (in your case 60 days), the VO will open the file again after the 60 days and will review the documents and will process accordingly.
