I am also working in a govt. bank in India for the lasst 3 years. I have applied under FSW , but not sure .... So thinking of applying under EE . Can you please let me know , how did you get a job offer in Canada from a bank .

Score of 389/600 and no job offer / provincial nomination.
Don't know if it's good or not. Only time will tell :-\

ECA: Foreign degree equivalency, if your bachelor is not Canadian. Look for WES Canada, they are the best to get you one, site is self explanatory. Look for ECA for FSW.

If i count my score as single applicant its close to 413
But if i include my wife (no experience + no ielts score. tough for her ;D) it can come down to 380

Is there any option i can apply as single and still include my wife as non accompanying partner for initially?

Yes, you can do that but that also means that the only way your wife can join you in Canada will be when you sponsor her through family class after you have established yourself in Canada. You cannot change the status your wife from non-accompanying to accompanying once you get an invitation since this change invalidates the ITA based on original score.
