    Try 'right clicking' the link and save as. Then when you open the file, choose the 'open with' PDF option. After you fill fields, you need to print or save as PDF. It does not let you save the original copy

    I pay >$3,000 annually for a 2010 Honda Civic in the GTA area. That was the best rate I could get even though I had no accidents, tickets, claims in the last 7 years I was in the US.

    If it helps, I landed on Sept 17th and have not received the PR cards yet. I called CIC yesterday and was told that they have been mailed out this week.

    I wasn't freaking out till I saw your post. :P I landed on Sept 17th, so ideally should have received my PR card last week, but I haven't. Will try to contact the call center, or better still, wait for another week as my status changed to complete last week.
