My wife has bachelor but when I made EE profile she get 0 point. ECA has not been done for her but I did. So, CIC will not count her education?

CIC will only acknowledge a non-Canadian education credential if it has had an ECA.

So even if you enter her Bachelor into the EE profile, without an ECA it isn't counted.

thanks for your answer. I have another problem.
As I am working as TA/RA as phd student my work is part time. But I am working for 2+ years which is eq to 1 year full time. During my EE profile I wrote work exp. section 19 hr / week. so they didnt award me point for canadian work exp but in crs system it shows 35 points which makes my point above 400. But originally in EE profile it is only 373.

How to solve it?

I'm not sure TA/RA experience is counted, at least for CEC.

For the EE profile I'm unsure how it works with part-time experience, I know it is picky regarding continuous employment/NOC codes etc.

Yes, you have to. You should get a message in your CIC account containing codes and link to register with the job bank. It comes after few days (~4 days). So keep checking your messages in CIC.

Wow, 4 days. :\ In my case, it was there immediately, I wonder what takes them so long. I'd think it should be done automatically.

FSW 2014 applicant
NOC 2132 - Marine Mechanical Engineer
Single
Working for Japanese Shipping company with 32 months Sea experience
Points calculated at the time of FSW application:72
Application sent on 9th December
Reached on 15th December
made of payement: DD
So far no information and application not yet returned. On checking with my bank, the DD is not yet encashed.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Applied under Express Entry on 18th Jan. Points reached 407
Today linked to job bank and got confirmation of linkage to EE. It looks like the job bank is not yet fully operational.
Canada shipping companies do not offer employment unless "Transport Canada" certifies again and you can not get certified by TC unless you are a Citizen or a PR holder. So how does a Marine Engineer outside Canada get employment offer from job bank? Looks like a Catch 22 situation. Does any one have any idea on this?

I request the NOC 2132 candidates especially Marine Mechanical Engineers to share the experience.
Regards

Yes, you can do that but that also means that the only way your wife can join you in Canada will be when you sponsor her through family class after you have established yourself in Canada. You cannot change the status your wife from non-accompanying to accompanying once you get an invitation since this change invalidates the ITA based on original score.
Namaste,

Declaring yourself as single in spite of being married;isn't that unlawful and hiding truth from CIC?

dont do that - you can be punished, banned and deported for this cheating. I knew a family who suffered due to this

I think that is a warning for everybody, always answer every question truthfully, if you get an ITA and submit a PR application, a CIC officer will be checking everything you claimed in your profile.
