Yes ibabalik nila. A refund should also follow if processing did not push through.

any idea ilang months? kasi probably feb binalik docs namin, i think di namin nahabol ung cap...

Just got home and finally, envelope palang i Know yun na ang refusal letter. The letter states that we did not obtain sufficient points giving hubby's education 22pts even if he has masters. and IELTS saying that based sa IELTS score ni hubby " was a conclusive evidence of your english proficiency pursuant to subsection 79(4) of the immigration and refugee protections regulations.

Do you anyone who was refused because of insufficient points? I just dont understand how did we pass CIO's points but dito pa sa manila kinapos.. anyone please??

Hi, amazing. Sorry to hear about the refusal letter. Maybe you can apply again come July, malapit na naman. If you don't mind, what was your hubby's corresponding IELTS score converted to CIC standards? Diba 16 ang max score for IELTS converted to CIC. Example an ielts score of L-7.5, S-6.5, W- 6.5, R- 6.5 would already total to 16 points in CIC standard.

Hi amazing sorry for the sad news. Yung sa amin po dati after 2 weeks naibalik na ang documents (canada to sg). Pero nasa cio stage p lang kami nun.. Di ko lang po sure if ibabalik pag nasa manila vo na.

@amazing sorry to hear that you received refusal letter.... try to apply nlng this july every year nman nasa priority list occupation nyo and re take nlng si hubby ng ielts(huh.... ka stress). just want to ask kung ma- rerefund mpa daw yun application fee nyo?
@lilmd sa case ko nung na cap reached ako it took 3 mos before ko na received yun docs ko kya nag provide nlng uli ako para makapag-pass ng maaga at hindi na mag alala maabutan ng quota. have you try nba i email yun cic?

oo nga doc! stressful un! july bukas na ung dentist di ba? sana tinago nlng nila (kung pwede lang)... huhu! hay, at least ok na ung sayo doc... palalakasin ko muna loob ko before magsend, hehehe! ang hirap i condition ng sarili para magre apply, sa ngaun hinahanda ko ung mga docs na dapat naka update. need ko na tlga mgpass magexpire na IELTS ko sa dec!

hello guys, magpadala na kaya ang CEM ng ppr sa mga mi3 applicants this april? kasi mi1-2 lang ang pinadalhan last April 4,.baka after 2 months ulit ang sa Nov and Dec na nagpa medicals sakanila?Tapos after 2months ulit ang mi3 na? sana magpadala narin sa mi3 this april kasi tapos narin naman ang mga visa stamping ng mga mi3 applicants na nagpadala ng pp last Feb2.

I mean Manila VO po sir, Ibabalik pa kaya nila lahat ng papers or mga originals lang? For the processing fee I don't think hind na namin marefund yun since sa canada yung processing fee, right?

@amazing - di ko lang sure ha. kasi pag naprocess na ata parang di na ibabalik. kaya copies lang hinihingi. or ung IELTS lang di ibabalik kasi may nabasa ko dati sa application dati na kapag narefuse indicate nlng sa nxt application na may IELTS na nasubmit na sa previous application... sana ibalik nila noh? sayang din ung ibang docs, para unti nalang iupdate... kaya natin to. apply lang ng apply hanggat kasali pa NOC natin...
