hello guys,i am always following this thread to monitor any update, however dina ako nagpopost, na dedepress na ako, until now wala pa ding update from CEM, I sent them a query last february until now walang response...still ecas address is missing..Godbless everyone...

I mean Manila VO po sir, Ibabalik pa kaya nila lahat ng papers or mga originals lang? For the processing fee I don't think hind na namin marefund yun since sa canada yung processing fee, right?

Hi. Ito yung sabi sa manual I downloaded from the CIC site pero ito ay para lang sa negative final determination of eligibility for processing (sa CIO pa lang na refuse na);
" Any original documents you submitted with your application are being returned to you.

IF ONLY PROCESSING FEE WAS SUBMITTED:
The processing fee that you have paid is refundable. You will receive a cheque within four to six weeks.

IF PROCESSINg FEE AND RPRF WAS SUBMITTED:
The processing fee and the Right of Permanent Residence Fee that you paid are refundable. You will receive a cheque within four to six weeks."

Medyo malabo lang yung sa RPRF, paano naman mababayaran yung RPRF kung nagka negative final determination of eligibility??
Sayang naman yung fee kung ganun, kung sa ielts lang nagka problema they should have known nung nasa CIO pa lang yung file na kulang sa points kesa umabot pa sa Manila VO at non-refundable na yung fee.

yay 9mos na ang ating application..sana at least 1 year lang ang processing ng mi3. sabi kasi nila 6mos-9mos (at least)..

One more thing, I think they punch holes in your docs before sending them back. A marker probably.

Amazing, na sad ko sa nangyari sa application mo...same experience din nangyari sa amin last 2010...na refused din kami sa CIC...pina lakas lang namin emotion namin noon...mahirap tanggapin...if nag patalo kami indi kami maka rating sa stage ngayun. Marami na refuse sa first attemp, don't give up my friend...yung category nyo talagang in demand yan...at kukunti lang nag aaplyan dyan indi ka gaya ibang NOC pa unahan, parati kasama yan every July 1st. E prepare mo na mga docs mo ngayun, wag muna hintayin ang pag balik ng VO. Pag dating ng July submit kayo agad.

Bakit kaya indi na credit ang masteral degree ng husband mo? Next attemp nyo sure na yan. God is our ever present help in times of need.

thanks regnard, naguguluhan lang kasi ako..bakit kaya po walang ppr ang mi3 last april 4? sa tingin mo po ba sa sunod na ppr,eh un nov at dec na mi1-2 muna bago ang mi3? or may chance po ba na mag issue din sa mi3 this April or at least May? alam mo po ba anu yun mga things to bring lista daw na ipapakita sa IO?
kasi d pa ako nakaka attend ciip kasi from Naga pa ako, kasi gusto ko sana isahan na pagpunta manila to submit pp and attend seminar kasi para tipid po..ty

Not so sure about your exact timings, but unless there's something wrong with your docs, there shouldn't be much delay to your process.

hello, last update was nov 10, when my file has been received by CEM, after that nothing else, ecas address missing since january, same 1 line, "we received your application...." , i sent them an email last feb 14 but till now no response yet

hi..nagpunta ka na ba sa drop box mismu nila? try mo na po maghulog ng sulat sa drop box mismu..sobrang delayed na yun sayo..

Not so sure about your exact timings, but unless there's something wrong with your docs, there shouldn't be much delay to your process.

hi ulit regnard..lahat po kaming waiting na mi3,wala pang ppr..Feb2 pa po yun last ppr issuance..baka sabay sabay ulit nila papadala kaso lang bakit kaya walang ppr issuance ang mi3 last April 4.. anu po ba ibig sabihin ng "please note that your file is currently queued for finalization"..thanks ulit..
