@ Arpita,

Hello Dear,

Before you go to apply under NOC 3131.

You should download Instruction guide [IMM EG7000] from here to see how many points you can score from your education and your spouse education.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp

You will find this on Page # 7

Use the chart below to determine your points. If you have not completed the number of years of study that correspond to your highest educational credential, award yourself points based on the number of years of study.
Example 1: If you have a Master‟s degree but have completed only 16 years of full-time study, award yourself 22 points.
Example 2: If you have a four-year Bachelor's degree and have completed 14 or more years of study, award yourself 20 points.

and for spouse you will find this on page # 13

A. Spouse or common-law partner’s level of education
 Secondary school (high school) diploma or less: 0 points
 A one-year diploma, trade certificate, apprenticeship, or university degree and at least 12 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies: 3 points
 A diploma, trade certificate, apprenticeship, or university degree of two years or more and at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies: 4 points
 A Master‟s degree or PhD and at least 17 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies: 5 points

To my understanding if your spouse got the Master degree after 17 years of education then you score 5 points but if she/he got her/his Master degree after less than 17 years of education then you will not be able to score 5 points. So i think you should score more in IELTS not only 12 points.

And as for your diploma in Pharmacy is concerned.

I would like you to check this link;

http://www.workingincanada.gc.ca/report-eng.do?area=25564&lang=en&noc=3131&province=59&keyword=pharmacist&action=final&display=qualification

On this page, I found this;

JOB AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
CLOSE

Use this section to confirm that your skills, experience and education correspond to the selected occupation. This section can also be used to help write a résumé.

Employment Requirements

Employment requirements are prerequisites generally needed to enter an occupation.
-
A bachelor of science degree in pharmacy is required.
-
Pharmacists also require practical training under the supervision of a pharmacist.
-
Licensure is required in all provinces and territories for community and hospital pharmacists.
[ Source: National Occupational Classification 2006 - HRSDC]

So to my understanding you must have Bachelor of Pharmacy minimum to apply under this category-3131

I hope these links will help you a lot to understand eligibility and points.

Hi Mayank,

Thanks for the information....

i believe it more comes under Chemist NOC-2112 as per my experience, but i have explored the NOC-3131 which says
Pharmacists (NOC 3131-A)
Community pharmacists and hospital pharmacists compound and dispense prescribed pharmaceuticals and provide consultative services to both clients and health care providers. They are employed in community and hospital pharmacies, or they may be self-employed. Industrial pharmacists participate in the research, development, promotion and manufacture of pharmaceutical products. They are employed in pharmaceutical companies and government departments and agencies.

It has little bit portion of my experience as well, i am confiused here sould i apply or wait for next turn, what you suggest...and 1 more question when will this occupation list be changed?? on yearly basis?

Kindly reply, thanks in advance

Regards,
Bhisham

Oh by the way, when did they ask you for marriage videos and photos and do you know why they asked?
