Hi everyone,
I wanted to share the petition to the Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship to improve the Family Sponsorship (PGP) program: https://petitions.ourcommons.ca/en/Petition/Details?Petition=e-4385. I already received the support from the Member of Parliament, and now the petition needs to collect 500 signatures to be presented at the House of Commons.
I would be very grateful if you could sign it and share with your friends and on socials.

There has been no announcement about PGP2023 so what is there to discuss? We don’t even know if there will be an EOI or they will be using the one from 2020.

This forum has been a blessing .Could you let me know how to track if ircc has opened the pgp pool for 2023. Is this going to be only on the ircc website or are there any other means. Also which page on the ircc website does one check if the pool has been opened?

No, they have not opened the pool. The IRCC web site is the best place to keep checking.

So this year no new interest to apply? Only previously applied folks can reapply?
When applying for PGP, do my parents need to be outside Canada? They are coming next week thru Supervisa, and if I will fortunately get the invitation to apply this October, I want to make sure that I am not missing the opportunity just because they are here. Thank you.
