Anyone like me mail your pp on 12th but there's still no update on your account?

I got an email from cpc Ottawa that my label will not be accepted by customs and they provided me with instructions how to email a new label

What do you mean new label?

You are applicant from USA, and you used FedEx. Am I right? What is the wrong?

Approved on 31st July, I see two entries for my tracker number. I don't know why it says Gatineau, let's see.

I guess it is normal. I remember people mentioned in this tread that they had same name as you got now.

I don't know may be commercial invoice was not included or something. They didn't say what was the problem. Just that us customs will not accept it.

I sent mine on the 12 as well...called CIC today and was told that it was in the mail room from the 14th until the 25th and sent to the printing room on rhe 26th. From the time they receive from the mail room, they have 2 weeks to complete it all (today). They told me they would add a jote to mone as it is already late...we will see!

I landed this morning. I live in B.C so I went to Peace Arch (by foot), the entire process is really fast and easy. I first went to U.S side, an officer asked me for passport and CORP then gave me a letter with "flagpoling" written on it. He was super nice btw. After that I walked back to Canada side. There was no one there, so I got helped right away after I went into the office. The entire process was only about 15 mins. Then I got SIN number after that.

Thanks for sharing! Do you know if they accept walk ins on weekends too?

I have also sent pps to Ottawa from USA.

How did you send the return envelope? Could you pls share the instruction, if u don't mind?

I sent it thru Fedex with prepaid return envelope with address label.
