As well as you can call IRCC agents. ECAS (online tool) will only show "completed" when you have done the landing procedures.

Hi,

Could you please walk me through the steps on how to check the updates (counterfoil) on the Passport status. My Passport was received by CIC (Ottawa) on 20th October. I see you mentioned that we can check our application details. Do you mind walking me through.
I logged in to my account on cic.gc.ca
entered my GC key user name and Password..
What should be the next steps to see the status?

Pls my application has been approved since 17th October with the counterfoil number up till now I have not received my passport back. Please I need help.

Log on to your mycic account after your uci number the next line you'll see your counterfoil number.

Is your application approved on mycic? If yes then check you will see the counterfoil if your passport has been stamped.

Hi guys . Can anyone help. I got ppr on november 8 but i sent my passport for temp resident visa on november 01. i email cpc ottawa about my situation but they didnt replied yet. anyone has info or any knowledge . please share thanks

I received my PPR and did send them the passport and other details. I forgot to put my name and date of birth on the back of the photographs. Is this a major trouble? What should I do to correct this?
