Passports to CPC Ottawa- July 2017

Hey guys,

I have a unique problem. Following is my timeline:

EE FSW-Inland
PPR: 14th July
PP sent: 17th July
PP Delivered to OTTAWA: 18th July

There was no update till today, being anxious I called up CIC, after taking all my information, they said that they have no information whether they have received our passport. They said that they mark in our file and seek information regarding the status. They also said that we will have to keep waiting.

Anyone in this group has gone through similar problem?

See if you can contact Canada post (or the whoever you sent it through), and inquire about the delivery?

Check the tracker now, I see two entries in fedex now. I wonder why it is showing Gatineau, PQ??? Not sure if they sent our passports to this city.

See if you can contact Canada post (or the whoever you sent it through), and inquire about the delivery?

Saw the online status on Canada post. It says delivered. Canadapost will not give any further information

I landed this morning. I live in B.C so I went to Peace Arch (by foot), the entire process is really fast and easy. I first went to U.S side, an officer asked me for passport and CORP then gave me a letter with "flagpoling" written on it. He was super nice btw. After that I walked back to Canada side. There was no one there, so I got helped right away after I went into the office. The entire process was only about 15 mins. Then I got SIN number after that.

COPR printed: July 26th (from my GCMS notes)
Application approved: Aug 8th (just the status updated, no message no email......)
Damn I forgot to write down my tracking number. Now I can only wait.

I was talking with an agent.

I was told that visa was printed on 1 of August. Actually status was changed on August 2. She did not have any fresh information. She told me that I have to wait maybe another week, maybe at the end of this week, maybe after the week of the next week...it means SHORTLY as she said. A lot of people say that they can leave a note to speed up the process. I explained her that I have to plan my vacation, and I can not wait for the months to get my pp back. She was so rude. The have a super helpful service!

I sent my passport on July 10th and they received it July 12th. I just called them up half hour ago and they mentioned that my passport is out for delivery now.

Really?! Your tracking number is already activated? CPC received my passport on july 11th, I just checked canada post and nothing yet.

Yiou can call CIC and ask for what the tracking number they sent it back on.

She said she doesn't have it at hand.....What I do? Just wait? It's highly unlikely an Xpresspost parcel gets lost. It's overnight delivery.

Approved on 31st July, I see two entries for my tracker number. I don't know why it says Gatineau, let's see.

I got an email from cpc Ottawa that my label will not be accepted by customs and they provided me with instructions how to email a new label
