It depends...I have been waiting for 31 days and tracking number is not activated yet.

Did they tell you whe can you expect to get it back? My timeline is same as yours. So we have same scenario.

You are on the right way...it can takes more than 5 times...last time I spent an hour to get connected...and after that another hour to get available agent...just keep doing that. By the way my application was approved on August 1 ( an agent said it), but status changed on August 2. I am still...
