It was complicated but thank God my package arrived on Friday. After sending countless emails to IRCC, they replied on Thursday and said my package had been sent. I called FedEx and was told my package was held in Memphis by customs since 1/18/23. I was advised to file a claim which I did immediate. But i indicated in the claim that I didn’t want a refund, that all I wanted was my package as it contained travel documents. That same day in the evening, FedEx called to say my package would arrive the next day. My package was delivered on Friday 2/10/23. Thanks to everyone that helped out.

Was it held because you didn’t send commercial invoice? Did you send the commercial invoice to the IRCC then. My passport was received on Jan 30. I don’t remember sending a commercial invoice. It took 4 days but I was in their faces. I was sending the mail at 9:15am every day for 4 days.How long did it take for them to respond?

Yes .. I did that before they even asked me for one and they responded back stating it was needed in my case.. If you used Fedex then you'll have the option to generate commercial invoice online, under Fedex shipping managerDid you had to email the pdf copy of commercial invoice?
