Step 3 mentions:Did you check under step 3?
. If your documents are being returned to a mailing address in the U.S.A, please submit a self-addressed shipping label along with its commercial invoice and a returning envelope from FedEx, UPS or Purolator.
I sent on the email id from which I received email i.e. IRCC.InformationClient-ClientInformation.IRCC@cic.gc.caWhat email id did you email the commercial invoice?

1. Passport(s) OR photocopy(ies) of passport(s), as explained in Step 2.

3. One pre-paid return envelope so that we can return your passport(s) and Confirmation of Permanent Residence documents. See Step 4 for instructions regarding the return envelope.

Is it because you didn't sign? Then I also might get that emailI am asking because today again I received an email to send them a Commerical invoice.

How did you generate commercial invoice ?I emailed them as they asked me to send as PDF
How did you generate the invoice .. ?I am asking because today again I received an email to send them a Commerical invoice.
I got those invoices while creating the labelthe email which they send me has no mention about commercial invoice .. any ideas on how I can generate one from Fedex
