Hi forja,

May i ask if you sent requested documents by email to paria office? If so, did you get a confirmation of delivery of your email from them?

Hi v2014,

I will share with you my experience. I have sent some requested documents and provided some information, all via email, on three separate occasions. Each time I got an immediate confirmation email (auto reply) from the visa office confirming the receipt of my email.
Here's a copy of the email I usually receive:

---- Original Message to PARIS (IMMIGRATION) /Message d’origine à PARIS (IMMIGRATION) -----

Ce message accuse réception de votre courrier électronique au bureau des visas de Paris.

well as long as she/he didnt request more documents , its good thing , if you read the letter they sent you before requesting documents he/she said (we will update your file but not acknowledge receipt of documents) , so he/she will do that your never know maybe to decision made .
don't worry about visa officer he/she familiar with thoses enquiries as you are not the only one who did that.

I hope to receive any possitive communication today or early next week.

Hi forja,

Yes, we have sent a copy of the travel document last week (via email). I haven't heard anything back since then.
Cheers,

I should receive my notes this Friday.
I hope that I will receive a positive communication from Paris VO before receiving my notes.

I found this in another thread, it may help you. I have never ordered GMCS notes so I am only giving advice on what I have read from other threads on this forum.

Here is the link to the thread called "how do I read these gcms notes"

GCMS Notes and Codes

The Coding Kit, is the official list of codes used by CIC in the processing of CAIPS/GCMS files.

The notes entered in the CAIPS/GCMS system by an Immigration officer are in English (may be in French for Quebec immigrants), easy to understand and provide very useful information. However some of the codes used within the CAIPS/GCMS file may be difficult to interpret.

The Coding Kit provides assistance in the interpretation of the file in these circumstances.
