Hi guys ,

my mom has a multiple visitor visa for 5 years. She’s been staying in canada for up to 6 months and then going backhome for a short period of time and coming back and been doing that so far for 4 years. I’m waiting for parent sponsorship program to reopen but it looks like it might not happen anytime soon .My question is if she could apply for a super visa once her current visa expires , what are the chances of her getting it ?
Thank you

Quick question,

Supervisa for mother in law.

My wife is pregnant. My wife never filed a income tax, she just got her PR card and has never work in Canada.
I would be co signer for my mother in law supervisa, since my wife never filed a income tax and no income. Can we still process with Supervisa for my mother in law? I do have more than enough income to show for support for 3 family members.

How can I explain to officer in letter that I am a co signer and I will be fully responsible for my mother in law.?
Do we have to provide two separate invitation letter, one from my wife and other from me as a co signer?
Also, on this forums, people are stating that I should not mention about my wife pregnancy, so in this case, how can I make invitation letter strong?

Any help will be great, Thanks
