I am sick of these people working in cic!!!

They returned the whole package of additional documents i submitted. The reason for return is, i did not include the photos with name,date of birth,and date photo was taken info on the back of photo. To me it looks like they did not even open the little envelope in which i put all the photos with required info on the back and attached it in sequence of the document checklists.

Honestly after waiting for 3 months after submitting the additional documents, i was expecting acknowledgement letter from them and not a return of the whole package. i had to courier them again and pay the courier fees again, damn they should cover the postage cost this time Not only that, now i have to wait additional 3 months after i resend the package to get the acknowledgement letter. Sucksss. They already delayed on my application by 2 years, by not sending the additional docs request in Nov 2011, instead sent sent it in Nov 2013.

WHat should i do? Do i return the whole package back to them again explaining the photo was included? Or is it that they want me to get the photos taken again, because it did not meet the photo specification? I agree that not all my photos were of same size. Forum member, please advise from your experience.

I believe in that user828. Everything happens at the right time for something good. So no complains at this stage. It is an amazing feeling when I look at the visas . Thank you for your wishes.

Now a question for you, I will be landing at Toronto and taking a connecting flight to Winnipeg. So where will the immigration formalities be done? At Toronto or at Winnipeg?

Thanks starzibal for your response. the reason they said was the photo was not included, but i did include all the photos with info at the back and were taken within 6 months, aslo dated. They did not specifically say that the photos did not meet the photo specifications, so i guess i should presume that they meant to say that. and i better start getting the photo redone. you agree? thanks

Hi Tp,

Most likely there was a problem with the photo sizes. They don't necessarily write specifically what the problem is. If photo size is not right, then they see it as "no photo submitted". And they send you a generic message asking you to send the photos. Definitely send them the photos with correct sizes, otherwise they will return your application package again.

We got additional medical tests request by regular mail at my father's address.

They have undergone only that particular additional test which was written in letter only???? Or they had to undergo whole medical process again??? One more qs is panel physician given you tracking sheet or not which we have to send to embassy through courier???? Plzz repky as soon as possible

Today guys we got additional medical test request for my father but unfortunately there is nothing written regarding the particular test . they simply said that details have been sent to your e medical file so contact same or other panel physician specified in web site . as u knw guys my dad had cancer history which ws operated last year . we already disclose this thing to the doctor we had gone for medicals on january ... So please suggest me guys what we should do???? We should disguise this thing nw ??? This could only be possible if we will go to another physician .. Experienced members plz suggest m worried..
