Finally, got the passports with visas stamped. Delighted!! 7 years of waiting paid off. Visas issued on 28 Feb 2014 and valid till 03 Apr 2014. Hope everyone gets their visas soon. In sha Allah. Thank you all for the help and support.

I believe Immigration n customs check done at point/port of entry. If ur stepping down in toronto for connecting flight thn its toronto. same rule applies for visit visa

Dear Manu Khan, I like to let you know that what happened to AADI user's Dad , you guys also be ready for it might happen because THE PASSPORT is already with inside embassy & can come at any date even 5 Days before expiry of Medical & on Same day Visa will expire,
" Just be Ready for Flight "

yeahhhhhhhh finally my dad got Passport with PR visa

he received a call from CIC & ask him to travel within 5 days as his medical is going to expire so he coming on 22 Feb, exactly after 78 months.

I wish all the members get their visa soon.

:-\ Dear Manu khan what can we do ,imagine we are in cage & don't have any other option except to keep patient !!!
My Family has been also waiting since 6 years & 2 Months, it's really frustrated for all of Families ,
But Canada Reform has declared that they wanna finalize all case & after in start of 2015 years it will be real time process for every case & it'll be finalized in 1 year it's result & there won't be any backlog .
