My mother's application is also on Sept-2009, but no news after file was transferred in Jul-2013 to Singapore.

Hi..sorry to hear that.. hope Canada will consider your appeal. Do you mind sharing what is your father's health condition why they end up to that decision? My husband and i are sponsoring my inlaws and his mom has high BP and diabetes and we've been worried that they may fail medical exam.

As far as my knwledge they give exemption upto 7000$ per year but if they think it will exceeds 7k then it results in failure of medical..

I am very acquainted with the QSW program but not so much about the Parent sponsorship program, I want to sponsor my mother through the Quebec family reunification program, I am already aware about the financial requirements that must be met before applying, however I am not familiar with the steps that follow the process through Quebec, can anyone please guide me through what are the steps to follow? what is the first step? file a Quebec Selection Certificate for parents? does any one know the current timelines to sponsor parents through Quebec?

we recieved a fairness letter that my father is medical inadmissible they said that his condition may reach to the point that he will likely require bypass and will cause excessive demand on health services how can we address the issue of excessive demand? my sister will consult a lawyer tommorow

Have your ecas ever changed to 'medical received' in the past????? You guys are done with your medicals in 2012 its been 2 years.. You never got the letter of expiry or second medicals or some additional tests??????

Received Re-assessment of medicals for my mom since her medicals expired on Jan 21, 2014.

They are asking only Chest XRAY report and have attached a Re-assessment form for XRay. They are not asking for complete examinations.
Has anyone gone through the same letter? Please share experience.

And anyone who got visas after remedicals?
It's been a month for remedical we haven't heard anything from embassy and no change in status
Should I write mail to Delhi?

Apparently there are two stages for parent sponsorship through Quebec just like QSW, the first stage is "sponsor approval" through the federal government does anybody know how long does "stage 1" of the process take? Is anybody here going through parental sponsorship through the province of Quebec?

there 4 members in d application two dependent n parents so they asked chest xray fr all n additional kidney test fr both parents

Does anyone know how long it will take now for decision made?
