No I haven't Ordered GCMS Notes Yet, But I like to order them, One Master or Visa Card is needed to pay 5 fee.
in case if they replied anything i will post it in forums . so other members will also get knew about it.

1) If someone got PR in August 2013 but he was working in Canada since Nov 2011 on work permit after completing his Masters, can he count 2012's income in one of those three years required by CIC, In other words is it necessary to be on PR or Canadian Citizen for all three years prior to sponsorship application submission?

2) The Low cut off income that is required is based on current family size for entire three years or family size each years. For example : If a person wants to apply in 2015 January he has to show notice of assessment of 2011,2012 and 2013, What if he was single in 2011, married in 2012 and got child in 2013 and trying to sponsor his parents in 2015, he has to show income for 5 person for all 2011, 2012 and 2013 or he has to show income for 3 in 2011, 4 in 2012 and 5 in 2013?

Your help would be appreciated.

But income wise, can show before PR too ( as far as I have read or understood from 2014 thread )

Medicals Done Today. And I didnt recieved repy from CHC ND regarding Med Requests to wrong email. I attached a letter explaining why I am 10 days past due of 60 day limit for submitting docs. Fingers Crossed. :-X

Does the number of days mentioned on any of the letter CHC sends us (such as medical request, ppr, document request, etc.) means that it is the next due date for reviewing the file? I am asking, if the ppr my parents received said to submit pp within 45 days, then is there a chance that they will open the file again on the 45th day?

You guessed it right. Though the review date is not exactly on the 45th day, there is a grace period of a week or 10 days after the 45th day and they look into your file then.

I have sent medicals, pcc and requested forms and documents but can only see "medical results received".

Anyone else in the same boat.
