Hi Guys,

I have one Question. I applied in 2011. At that time my income was lower than what I make now. I got new job now and making more money now. Should I inform CIC about my new job and income?
I am also going to be citizen next year. Should I send update or CIC will know automatically from their systems.

My advise is to send the information immediately as CIC asks you to update them with any changes in your situation asap be it your income or anything else. Send them your pay slips at the least. They will generally not ask you for any income proof once the file is transferred to the LVO but may refuse your application as they did in my case and it wasted more than a year for me to go through the appeal process and hearing.

Can anybody please tell me regarding gcms notes.... my sister sponsored me and my parents ..can she request for gcms notes on our behalf ? And does she need consent form for that or she can apply without consent as she is the sponsor ??? Please help me with thta.. I will reallly appreciate that ???

Yes she can apply on your behalf, but she will need the consent form from every member of the family that is in the file...

How you passed medical without passport? I mean do you need passport to see doctor for medical?

after receiving medical, we wrote a letter to embassy for getting passport back,,then they return passport within 20 days

Hi everyone, I have a question regarding parent sponsorship I came to know through my mp office that new delhi office just started review on my parents application on nov 4 and they have to do final background chk. If any one have an idea about this situation when can I expect decision on there case ? How long it gonna take?? I really appreciate the answers.

todays more than 2010 days has passed. the time when we applied for sponsership cic and chc processing timing was 35months and 31months at LVO. in 2008 after that every year these time frames going-up , on step1 they took arround 54months to transfer our file here in delhi and now they're holding passports for year n more....

next year in May, i will turn 24 and feeling like ruining all my career and goals, we are stuck in dis ffu!ckin shiittt...... having fake hopes....... m a animation student and was planning to do specialization in VFX(visual effects n digital films) but thought to do dere in vancouver from VFS after getting dis PR status n now i cant stand anymore loosing hope ,even dunno how long would it take to decision made... it was not our fault why did they sleep so long and getup in last 2011, me n sister are Type-A still why we are w8ing so long ............seriously wanna cry loud
