Hi Guys,

I have one Question. I applied in 2011. At that time my income was lower than what I make now. I got new job now and making more money now. Should I inform CIC about my new job and income?
I am also going to be citizen next year. Should I send update or CIC will know automatically from their systems.

If there is significant difference and LICO cutoff is affected, send immediately.

Otherwise wait until they request more documents and send it then.

CIC wants option-C printouts or notice of assessments usually(they like CRA documents). But job letter and pay stubs can also help.

Usually the CIC people do not ask you to send any documents until they request them. I would send all the updates when you get the additional documents request from Mississauga.

As for your Canadian citizenship - it will be mentioned in the updated forms that would be requested for your parents to fill in and be sent with additional documents request.

Thanks for the reply. I will wait for them and try to keep all the documents ready.

Hi buddy ,got reply from MP ,ge said bring forward date for our case is 30 nov ,wht does it mean any idea?
and my sis got email from new Delhi two days ago in which they said background checks have been conducted by out side agencies and no action my required from our side( principle applicant) ,pls help me im confused whn shld we expect decision made our medicl done on 26nov 2012

I think you just have to wait it out, they may extend medicals, or they may require them to be done again
It all depends on when your turn comes for final decision.
Bring Forward Date just means they will check the file for completion on/around Nov30th, if not before then, whenever the file comes up on its turn.
Unfortunatately no idea when they will make final decision, keep praying.

Your medicals may expire in March, not in December, since they requested for additional tests. Our sponsorship timelines are similar to yours. After completing the initial medicals in December 2013 they requested for additional medical tests in March. The Second medicals was completed in April 2014. As per Our GCMS notes - our medicals expire in April of 2014 as opposed to December 2013.

Hi ... Thanks for ur answer bt can i ask u how come they know about ur job or u told them somehow ... Then why didn't they asked for ur educational documents ?? What kind of appeal u mentioned in ur timeline if it is possible for u to share .

They sent me new kit when they requested for re-medicals and new pcc along with original passports. So I filled out the information there. They never asked me for my educational docs. The appeal was for a refusal of my application where the officer said my sponsor did not meet the minimum income required to sponsor us. However, that was untrue. My sponsor had income way over the minimum income required and it was a mistake by the officer.
