Rajaji does it mean that In Q1 and Q2 of 2013 they almost done with their quota for year 2013 so we can Only expect Visa in 2014 ryt??

by the ways whats your timeline?

do you have any information about Medical expire date ?? if we consider 12 month then our Medical going to expire in few days .

if your case is still remaining some requirment then they will request re-medical but if its almost done and medical is expiring then your immigration officer should have request for extention of your medical infact in my case our medical was about expire on 6 november 2013 but our immigration officer filed request for 3 months extention of our medical. when i researched about extention it was written that they usally do extention on medical for applicant to complete their final process and applicant should b able to land in canada with their medical validity

Trust me Gill, they can ask for anything, anytime. I was 21 when my application was filed and I finished my MS and I am working now. They know this and I am still in the application as a dependent. They have never asked me for any of my educational certificates, so far. What I can infer from my case is that being under 22 is more important than anything else. Just my understanding when I see myself in your place.

Hi ... Thanks for ur answer bt can i ask u how come they know about ur job or u told them somehow ... Then why didn't they asked for ur educational documents ?? What kind of appeal u mentioned in ur timeline if it is possible for u to share .

I don't think they will ask for further documents. Don't worry, believe me they are only picking on dependents over 22 as for these dependents there is requirement to continually enrol in studies....I don't see any dependent below 22 got any problem...n hopefully won't

Hi ... Thanks for clearing my doubts .... So u r saying that dependant under 22 does not required to enroll into full time study ??

Hello,

In response to my letter to CPP Ottawa Case Processing Centre Pilot about what is the next step after my eligibility for sponsorship met the requirements and complete and i got an email from the department that...

The next step is the assessment of the person being sponsored and relationship.

The processing times are posted on our website- currently 15 months: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/fc-spouses.asp

Thanks
Upatel

The very starange thing is that when you visited the link page then it does not show up the parents processing times.

Processing times for sponsorship of spouses, common-law or conjugal partners and dependent children applications

I dont know what type of people handling the case centre.
They are not able to provide a correct satisfactory answer to our questions.

Thx
Upatel

If I am not incorrect, these are are the numbers for parents who became PR in Q1 and Q2 in 2013. Most of parents who landed in Q1 2013 would have their applications finalized in 2012. Please consider time between visa stamping and landing.

We sent all her study documents along with medical including fee receipts and letters from college that she has been attending full time. She did 2 year certification in civil engneering and then was enrolled in aesthetics course at time of medical request. In their refusal letter they said that after completing post graduation she got enrolled in courses which can be done even after completing school....so she is not eligible as a dependent...

I would suggest, that get ur parents here ASAP, and check with a lawyer about your sister's case because her age was LOCKED-IN.
It is my opinion that she should also get her PR as long as she remains unmarried. Check with member PMM on this, otherwise why would CIC have a lock-in age for dependents of parents.
I would get the parents land before expiry and then check with a GOOD immigration lawyer on this.

hello what is the step after AOR recived under parents and grand parents in which they say "your file is complete and in queue for processing" what is the next step and how long does it takes for the next step your answers will be highly appreciated

Next step is that the sponsor will receive a letter (by email or by letter) informing them of the decision on the "sponsorship application" which was submitted by the sponsor to CPC-M.

Once you get a positive decision, file will be transferred to local visa office and processing will continue there.

On the LICO issue, I had provided option-C for all the years (2009 to 2012) to CIC, as I had enough income so it was not an issue.
Also provided the job letter, even though CIC did not ask for it.

I noticed in GCMS officer at CPC-M did mention that he saw steady increase in income every year and it was always above the LICO requirements, so it was good.

Remember they look at total income (line 150) on the Option-C printout......that should be equal to or above LICO.....(in my opinion)

I guess in this case CPP Ottawa got confused and sent you the link for spousal sponsorship timeline.

I totally agree. It's better to send them all the required paperwork + some extra proof of income (like other years Option C) to avoid any additional requests.
