Hi all,

My parents status changed to Decision Made today ((after 6 months of their passports at Delhi)).

I am hoping to get the passports soon.

Could someone tell me how long will it take to get the passports after Decision is Made.

My parents are planning to come on August 15th.

It's a great news. Generally It takes anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks.

Congrats, I assume your parents and dependent had no travel history. Also when did ecas change? what time of the day

I checked yesterday around noon and status did not change. I checked today and it changed.

My parents and my brother did have travel history. My brother is livin in the US from the past 4 years and my parents visited canada many times (always less than 6 months though)

Here is my timeline:
1) I applied in March 2008 for my parents and brother (who was 19 at the time)
2) File was transferred to ND July 2012
3) ND requested documents along with medicals Nov 2012
4) My parents had their medicals in Nov and my brother in December
5) Sent all documents on Jan8 2013
6) Medicans have been received line added 24th May 2013
7) Staus changed to inprocess on 14th Jun 2013.
8)Status changed to Decision Made on 11th July, 2013

I am waiting for the passports now

Yes he provided FBI clearance. I think the processing seems to be just random.
I have applied for my in Laws in October 2008 but they got their PR almost 8 months earlier than my parents did. Their file was processed in Ottawa

So hold on, you got 2 sets of parents with visa and here we are waiting for singles - lol

First medicals were done in Dec 2012
.Procedural fairness letter got yesterday .They never asked for any furthurance.
Please pray guys.Though my confidence is very shaky in everything now.

Meds done Dec 2012 ( Sputum test ,kidney ultrasound for one parent) i seen in ur post.who ask for these test?DMP or from newdehli medical they ask?i am asking you done these test friest tie when you went for medical or after they ask for more test? thankx

These tests were done during the first medical.They called next day to do some tests.
ND never asked for any furthur tests.

Just received GCMS notes today & its says
eligibility: Passed
Medical: Passed
Criminality : Inprocess

I remember previous posts from others members, they mentioned a follow up date in the GCMS notes for the visa officer but I don't see any future dates am I missing something ??

I want to write the response to the fairness letter.
I need to lay out a plausible plan to off set the costs in Canada for chronic kidney disease.

How can I assure them that we won't be excess demand ?

So please give me your sugestions or any important point which comes to your mind.

I would also want some data of expected costs of services and drug prescriptions for kidney patients .If anyone knows anything?
