Its a pilot project where Ottawa is helping ND and other places to process files but the parents are in India so the PP has to be sent locally, cant mail to CPP-O unless they are in Canada visiting and that way, could have mailed internally

Those who got CPP-O are the chosen lucky ones with least hassle, and I would suggest future ones to plan in such a way that they get CPP-O

We all know how a local visa office like ND works, they test your patience and hurt you like a knife strike to the body

Not quite lucky.. Maybe I am the "Choosen one". I thought I was lucky as well to have everything done through Ottawa. I am Oct 2007 applicant with Decision made status since January 2013. Have no idea why ND is not sending back the passports. I see on GCMS notes that Ottawa issued visa in Oct last year. Medicals expire on Aug 11, very little hope now. On top of that the MP sent a wrong file number and got reply after a month to realize that mistake. Now they re-sent the application and will take yet another month. I believe its case by case. I have no idea what ND is doing with files and no one replies to direct emails after multiple attempt. * end of rant*

Ya man, yours is the only CPP-O I case I know which has gone through this, by the way you were told my CPP-O to drop PP with ND right, so there was no choice of VFS or Direct

i have a question.. Does consent form has to be filled only for PA or for every adult member in the application??

medical results have been recieved - feb 2013,

hopefully results will be cleared by lvo officials soon.

How long does it take for medical result processing at the visa offices?

Couple of people in same city as my parents got visa about 1 month before expiry of their passports, though their case was in ND for most part. That is the only hope that there is still bit of time. I am waiting on MP query and GCMS, might give some perspective.

Aug 2012 additional documents sent was lost, CPC Miss.
they are asking me again on April and re-send on May2013
can I write a letter a emails to speed up the process? since they have lost it and I am behind 8 months for my mother's imm. app.

any suggestions guys?
