My family members do not know such policies of CIC
so my sister n her hubby consulted to a representative and he did file our case. and that lawyer and my family has good relations but he keep forcing to fill Type-B dependent.. so what should i do .. worried because you metioned abt some cases where in 5 cases they deleted dependents from applicant file.
so what to do. can i fill type-A in dependents

To tell you the truth it does not really matter. They still have information and papers from 2008 in our file. Some members here like Gaggi put type B eventhough he was also type A in 2008. So don't worry just do whatever you feel is best. Remember it does not matter that much.

If you decide to put type B makesure you send all certificates from you and sister, its very imp.

I have a question, my sister in calgarY wants to bring myparents to canada since all of us are already out of the country. But i read Canada put on hold family sponsors for parents. Supervisa is just like tourist visa but they can stay for 2 years and yet can not apply for pr, is my understanding correct? Is ther an age limit for parents to be spnsored?

That is correct, they will be unfreezing it next year but only take limited number of application.

there is no age limit per se but if parents have medical conditions that can be considered a burden on the canadian healthcare system they might be refused pr.

As Kandel said they already have information on your file from 2008.
My suggestion is to enter Type A dependent as this is the fact in your case regardless of what you may have filled before.
