Thank you for your reply, Toronto30. Everything depends on your visa office. It can take u to 6 months the 1st stage to be approved (in Mississauga). Hope the process will be faster for you.

thanks a lot for giving me good hope, My mother is in US now and I requested for Ottawa-P in the section where it says Visa Office request. I have also written a letter and sent proof I have sent documents prevoiusly which thay have lost. I am hoping they will put a rush on my file...Thank you again.
