M'ssauga will say contact Delhi and Delhi wont respond to a phone call
Try panic mode if you want for Delhi, saying Delhi mailed passport but never got it and need to talk to immigration section, you will get a voicenail where you need to say 'ecas says decision made but never got passport, we are afraid it got lost in mail or something", they might reply to you or not as this time it is an assumption

I applied in March 2008 and file was transferred to India in June 2012.

I have parents and dependent on the file (dependent is now 24)

My parents did their medicas Nov 2012 and my brother in Dec 2012.

Recently, the online status has one line added - "Medical results have been received" . The application status is still " Application Received"

1) Does the Medicals received status mean medicals passed?
2) My parents police clearance was taken in April 2012 . Do they ask for a new police clearance since a year passed after the police clearance?
3) How long will it take to get the Decision made?

I have applied for my mother in 2009, sent requested documents last month. I have provided tax assessment 2008 when I applied first and on the additional documents sent last month provided 2009 tax assessment as they asked. My question is are they going to ask 2010 or 2011? cause I have two children was born those year and not enough for 5 people LICO cut-off, including my mother in 2010 and in 2011. Does any one have any idea or similar situation? I am little bit worried as whether it will approve or not or will ask for latest tax assessment? thank you all.

This is the letter we all got before we sent the paperwork, so if you don't tell them not sure what will happen if they find out. IMO, this accounts for misrepresentation as your family size increased and LICO is higher indeed. Again, consult a lawyer before making any steps as the letter clearly indicates that you "must" and there is a reason for this.

if you see this thread, you will see that they did not check the lico after sponsorship was approved.
