I have applied for my mother in 2009, sent requested documents last month. I have provided tax assessment 2008 when I applied first and on the additional documents sent last month provided 2009 tax assessment as they asked. My question is are they going to ask 2010 or 2011? cause I have two children was born those year and not enough for 5 people LICO cut-off, including my mother in 2010 and in 2011. Does any one have any idea or similar situation? I am little bit worried as whether it will approve or not or will ask for latest tax assessment? thank you all.

1. this is the consent form i used. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf
2. choose electronic files. physical files is slower since they have to photocopy the file for you, electronic can be received through email.
3. email is faster.
4. no negative impact.

Just so you guys know I received an email from ATIP telling me that starting feb 2013 IMM5475E is not a valid consent form.
They asked me to use IMM 5744 form for the consent

Documents requested again on Apr2013 with my mother's name (as father was Principal App)

Documents sent May 8th and just received acknowledgement of completed application.

Thank you for your reply, Toronto30. Everything depends on your visa office. It can take u to 6 months the 1st stage to be approved (in Mississauga). Hope the process will be faster for you.

Lol yea the wait finally paid off.. I am sure u wont be able to sleep now lol .. U got the ppr request along with the medicals aswell na? I am now sure ur parents would be there well before the year ends :-D.. Time to rejoice.. Now pray for us that we get the ppr request soon.. :-$.. Havnt heard anything from isl after the medicals.. Been 4 months already :-(
