Hello everyone, ndvo just sent us the second acknowledgement. They are asking for us to provide them with pcc and RPRF. Is it necessary we reply to them and let them know these docs were included with the original application. or is it just their standard acknowldgement letter format ?? below...

Guys finally our Ecas changed to decision made and we have received our passport with Visa. I am very happy finally this long wait for us is over :) :). I pray everyone here waiting unites with their family soon.

I dont think you have to send the original letter unless they have specifically asked for it. my understanding is that sending them copy of the letter is fine.

If I were you I would scan the letter and send it to India then have the parents include copy of the letter with the required Docs and send it. What is your Ecas Status. Is it in process or application received. Our medicals was done around the same time as yours and our status is application...
