DNA test request For Mother and sister in india to match with son who sponsered them from canada - April 23,2013

Wow.. Were they sleeping for last 4 months? Now they want that crap... Really these things making me upset... They should send everyone that request with the paperwork in Nov 2012. Oh please don't make me more upset...

The Xray part depends on the result of the sputuum test.. They may or may not ask for thr xray..We did the tests in karachi..

hira .n did you write a letter to lvo islamabad?when your mom went for sputom test you got result come back after 2 month.should i write a letter if yes what should i write them .

PCC - sent In april 2012 with all DOC.
AOR Received.: aug 2012
File Transfer...: sep 2012 to LVO ND
Med's Request: 26th NOV
Med's Done...: -1st week Of Dec
Passport Req:- 26th Nov
Passport sent :- 3rd week of Dec
On e-case Status ermanent Residence Application Status is still showing Application received
and "We received your application for permanent residence on September , 2009."
" Medical results have been received."

• Why Its still showing Application Received now it should be In process ??
• My PCC already expired as I've sent PCC with first Doc request in april 2012.I've sent Photocopy of PCC when I 've sent passport nd other doc.do I need to send PCC agin??
• do I need to Order GSMS Now?? if No then when??
• when I suppose to Get Visa???

- It goes in process if they need more docs but what you have is pretty normal
- If they haven't asked for updated PCC then its all good
- You can order GCMS to see current file status
- No one knows when you get visa, could be anytime

Exactly, like I presumed coz its way too long for that and no passport return
But its bizarre that all is complete and yet its in progress, did you contact them?

I have written 5-6 emails, from my email id, my father's email ID, urgent in subject line etc...but no response so far. I will contact MP and see if that can get any response. Don't see anything else that I can do.

My mother and sister landed yesterday. No trouble except immigration took longer (2.5hrs).

All the best to all of you and hope you all get visa soon.

Just waiting for the COPR in the mail now!

Users from AUG/SEPT'08 are still waiting Meds, so you can imagine your pace

No. We didnot write them a letter.. There is no need of writing them a letter.. Let the IMO people handle the stuff.. They would call you if the xray is required.. Till then u have to wait for the sputuum result, which would take 8 weeks..

hard to know. maybe they did the background check beforehand. The additional information we provided was very, very straight-forward and we did list each trip to Canada, including reason. I think your advice was good!
