Re: Financial Evaluation requetsed again

Now my concern is I am on Long term disability right now Just started in Feb after Short term. I might go back to work by the end of this month I hope or may be sooner. Is my disability going to effect my parents sponsorship. Money I am getting from Insurance for the disability period is non taxable and I hope that should be counted towards my Income for the parents eligibility.

Please advise.Thanks.

sorry i dont have answer for ur question but just wondering, did they ask u for Financial Evaluation before? for us, we only provided financial evaluation form at the time of initial application in 2007. they never asked for it after. now i m worried. we are already in 6th yr of processing n dont want any further delays. did u order GCMS notes? n wht does it says abt ur financial requirements? please keep updating abt ur situation. it will help others too.

just a note: sickness benefits are included under income.

My page on ecas is not loading as well. Error shown as "Service Temporary Unavailable due to maintenance"

I guess this is genuine maintenance and has nothing to do with the files.

yes, my mom-in- law's med expired in dec but she was asked for fingerprints in nov n has got re- medical request today. I don't knw which VO u r with? But new Delhi has contacted people at the last moment asking if they cud land within a wk or so! So just stay optimistic! I knw it's hard to do with all this wait... Bt u never know wht god has in store for u! Best of luck to u too!

Wondering, if someone has been in my situation where the application is refused just because the documents are not received.
Or am I setting a precedence here.. Really frustrating situation...

No way to communicate to CIC ND .. all tries with Phone/Fax/Email is not working.. Can getting help from MP be of any help ?

mine case is also same like ... but chc nd sent me 2 emails about medical... on 28 dec nd onn 26 jan nd i hav mail them a letter form DR statin that medical has been already completd on 28 nov 2012.. and on 25 jan they sent our passport back nd asked for proof on medical completion .. we again went to DR he said that he cannot do medical again within one year .. they not mentioned any specific test in that so DR told your medical has validity for one year .. so i returned them passports with proof medical and letter from the on 7 feb .. no new till ... on marach i hav made a enquiry through email but no news till .. plz suggest what should i do now ..

congrats bro. i know u ordered GCMS but did u made an MP inquiry as well or not.

thx so much van i never did mp inquiry but i am planning to do after 11 march.and about gcms notes i ordered first time onn13 sept 2012 and 2 time on 5 feb 2013 gcms is the good option i regularly send case specific inquiry to new delhi office inuiry in every 4 week

for my file no updates yet still applications received only no medical recived yet did the medical on 12 dec .

LVO in europe. After I had sent an email, they asked for an updated police certificate, which we provided. Nothing since (about 3 weeks ago).
