thnx kandel and raja ji for your helpful advice but yesterday my father found his 'not found birth critificate letter'know everything is ok....and one more question is that translation of documents from punjabi to enlish and be done from simple person or there is some other people who translate special for immigration.

Hi rana93 thats great atleast now you wont have to do that hassle and translation should be done by professional person only like lawyer. You can simply see a notary public person they will do this for you through a lawyer. And make sure after translating they notarize your document.

Any qualified person, other than a family member, can do the translation...

Information from CIC Website:
If those documents are not in English or French, you must provide the original documents or clear and easily readable certified copies, a translation of them, and an affidavit from the person who did the translation. Translations by family members are not acceptable.

Today our eCAS came back. (it was off for a whole week)

now it says "application received" on both lines (sponsorship + PR Application part).
No idea how much longer wait for eligibility approval though.

It still shows application received but no med received yet. Everything was sent on dec 14
