i guess i will get passports back with stamps soon..
@ gaggi.. was gonna call u but its too late now ..will call you in morning..

Congratulations Jatt going Canada.
very happy for you and now you will have pleasant summers here.LOL.Better come right away to enjoy snow.

Update on our case.-------Our case was approved on 24th October and we have now sent copies of data pages from passports along with 2 identical recent photos and updated information sheet confirming current address in UK . All sent to CHC London for issuance of visas. They have quoted 2 weeks for the process!!!!! Hopefully will be able to add a bit more green to the spreadsheet then.

Apparently on December 1st 2011 it became no longer a requirement for applicants from visa exempt countries to submit passports for stamping--only copies of data pages. A letter is then issued and presented on landing in Canada (presumably with a photograph attached as they have asked for photographs.)

Looking forward to others adding some colour to the spreadsheet very soon. Good luck everyone!!

I guess I am another unlucky one with CPP-O.
6 months passed after medicals but no PPR yet. Even the medicals request I received way after the average processing time during that period.
Think positive sponsorparents, most probably in few weeks you will get PPR.
Good luck!

We received XXXXX application for permanent residence on January 21, 2009.

We started processing XXXXXXXX's application on October 28, 2012.

Medical results have been received.

In CPP-O, there are 23 people (from Google Spreadsheet) who have passed medicals and waiting for PPR. In addition to 23 folks, there are 2 more guys who are waiting for PPR, but their PR application decision was made on August 04.

@ Smodhera
when you have all the docs ready why you are taking risk of not sending ?In my opinion you shouldn't trust CIC -Miss and just those docs which are ready.Beside looks like they really want to finalize your case hopefully you will get PPR in the beggining of next year ,may be you fall in next quota.
Other then that CIC miss has complete access to our files and latest updates. Before our AOR s from LVO they told us that a letter has been sent and on which date.Believe me we got the letter after 3 and 4 weeks later and it was dated the same day as told by the agent.May be they are not allowed to discuss that.Sometime they feel bad for us and give us some hint or real info.

I DON"T WANT TO TAKE ANY CHANCE SO WE DECIDED TO SEND ALL DOCUMENTS by courier tomorrow from India.....

Also I called CIC-Miss. today, associate named Mario told me that CIC-Miss was given a message to send your file to New Delhi... Let them have all the documents.......
