I m 20 years Old Dependent . completed my Bachelors doing Masters (computer) In India
Que.
1) when Our Medical And all other thing will be Done and will Get PR (Approx)?
2) Should I Apply for Student visa for January Intake Or wait till Get PR?
3)Does it make different in My profile If I Study der Or Here in India for dis 1 or 2 year till I get PR??
4) In case I come there On Student Permit is there any chance of problem with Visa stamping as My parents file In India??
Last week to apply fro student visa.. so Pls Reply Soon as I've few days to make decision ..

Have no idea about anything here about student visa......but my file also went to ND in sep 2012.
We should not have to wait more than 2 yrs now.
Its your life you know what is best for you but if i were you i would have just stayed with parents.
Life of student is not that easy here. Just my opinion.

Got PPR request from ottawa on oct 29. This is wht my e-cas shows under "Permanent Residence Application"

We received XXXXX application for permanent residence on January 21, 2009.

We started processing XXXXXXXX's application on October 28, 2012.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on XXXXXXXX's application. The office will contact XXXXXXXXX concerning this decision.

- Could you post the text of the email that you received?
- How did you come to know that CIC sent some documents on 3rd Oct - which you have not yet received?

Points to consider before sending passport - For medicals, you (your parents) need to take original passports along with you. If you send passports before medicals, then it would be difficult for you to undergo the medicals.

Send a case-specific inquiry or fax to LVO and inform them about your situation.

I did came to know that they send me a letter on 3rd OCt from my MP and I did not received that yet. So I send them an e mail on 25th Oct 2012 to notify that.
After that on 1st Nov (Yesterday) I got the e mail as shown above. I send them an e mail yesterday and as suggested by other I now want to send them Fax on Monday morning.

HI everyone i rely need some help please....I am canadian citizen and i am here for 10 years.Iam married and have 3 kids.My mother is 52 years old and she is retired.She leavs in Macedonia with my brother and his family.She had a refused tourist visa for my wedding,and twice after that.It is very stressful and depressing that your mom can not see your kids,husband,house....I dont have a father he passed way from leucemia when i was 1 year old.....so my mom is my father tooo,she worked 2 jobs for me and my brother so we dont feel different.She does not have any property on her name....Her and my dad had landed immigrant in 1980 before we were born thay could not adjust here and like my dad had a felling he will die thay did not finish the papers and after 6 months left the country.What should i DO PLEASE ADVICE ME

Apply for supervisa and try to show ties with her home country.Look into the reasons of refusal and try to avoid this time.
