Thanks Sana7. So it seems like Ecas wont show an update about medical request we can only know about it once we receive it via email or mail.

I got really excited after reading your comments (as this change usually means that they are working on your file) and checked my ecas status but nothing happened on mine. Since we have very similar timelines I hope they start working on my file soon as well.

Lets hope for the best.

i have questions today i was checking my online status and its appears in two line same info though.

is it normal , not sure why the sponsership applications status showes applications recived where the sponsership applications was alredy approved and file is transferd to new Delhi

did anyone seen this before or is it just system getting update or something ???



Did it happened to everybody or some people got medical request without any change on ecas status? am curious to know as my timeline is also very much closer .

in my case Furthered meant that additional medical tests were requested...

in my case waiting for the due date would not not have helped... the request for additional medicals were generated on March 15... i never received it... even if all due dates has passed... maybe it was sent to a doctor - i don't know...

I've e-mailed the guy from ATIP shop asking for that letter, the immigration created but was never sent. I've also called the doctor, she told me she didn't receieve any request for more investigations.
The guy from ATIP told me the letter will come by mail with the paper copy of the file. He has limited access and can't see the letter. Though he sent me the generic form IMM5616. It's a request for extra medicals.

We had the same just after file transferred to Delhi. This is normal.

Do you have any idea if they are asking this question before sending the request for passport, or there is other reason?

In March, my e-cas was updated in 2-3 weeks after the medicals have been received.

I do not see any other reason, as PR decision has been made in your case. Best guess - CPP-O wants to know for PPR.
