spons our time line is same ...i mean the date of documents received by CPC-M is 10feb in both of our case.

My file is with dependent and widowed parent.

I checked my e cas yesterday...was one line only......but checked today morning ....it shows two lines now with permanent resident application received.

Does it means they found my file complete?? and put in to process???

i got nothing yet.. until yesterday i only one line about application received status and nothing.... today still cant access eCas.. i am on the phone waitin for CIC agent now

ok here is what i found out from CIC just now.
all the applications that were received around Feb 10th in CPC Mississauga have been entered into the system May 3rd, 2012. so all those application documents are now received and will be processed.
i asked if they knew the timeline as to how long it will take to give us a decision made on sponsorship.. she had no answer as they are currently undergoing process changes.

The agent told me the same thing last Tuesday, when I called. I am a bit afraid of these new changes. I just hope that we can make the cut this year. So far so good, but I am concerned that the new changes will may not necessarely be in our favour.

that concerns me because the results were send to London, UK...

I just spoke to CIC as my parent's medicals were also sent to London not Ottawa. CIC agent double checked and confirmed that is the correct procedure. London will process medical and then Ottawa will retrieve results once processed.
In terms of application processing time, CIC agent indicated that the standard processing time at CPP-O was 12 months and that the office should not be contacted directly as it significantly impacts processing times. Seems like GCMS notes are the only way to get any status information...
