I just called the CIC office. They told me that they are still working on my file and they have no update. I asked about the timeline and the agent did not have any idea about the timeline. I also told her that I am having issues with the ECase. She told me that it is because of the webpage!

if it was problems with webpage then everyone would be having an issue and there would be an outage notice on the CIC website. since its only a few people the only thing i can conclude is that they are updating that page ( or database ) in the background for certain ppl.
no agent has any idea about timeline so thats always the same answer we all get from the agents!!
I am hoping yours is in process as well.. i would actually try calling CIC again and see if you a get a different agent?

hello ppllllll good news to share i received the AOR latter yesterday dated April 24 that applications is complete and they are reviewing it, i was happy one steps closer, yesterday i checked the online status but it didn’t change anything no two line. And my online access is not working today hhehehe but I got the letter so happy for that.

I am new to this forum, but already got a lot of useful information through reading through your pages that I would like to really appreciate about,

Here is my timeline:

Applied for parent sponsorship: Aug 8, 2008
Submitted additional documents requested on Nov 25, 2011 on: Feb 13, 2012

My ecas was working until yesterday but it just stopped working this morning!

I had initially my sister as an dependent on the file but then I attached a letter to the additional documents explaining that she has just married and no longer considered as a dependent...

So NO dependent!

I just called cic but no additional information, they don't know what is going on....

I will let everybody know if I got any update.

shjooya everyone with dependent file have problem acessing the online status. but check your mail box @ home you have same time line as my you might have recived the sponcer approval letter.

Mine must be complex case........not able to access for 1 week....checking mail box everyday with magnifying galss.....no e-mail...no news....agent is saying wait.....application in process....hope will hear some news this week.
